Helen's Silver Bullet Diner
Has anyone tried the new Silver Bullet Diner? It opened in the space formerly Banjo's Smokehouse at 2335 Apalachee Parkway a few months ago.

After attempting to dine and finding the Silver Bullet closed for dinner, I finally noticed the hours posted on their site. Here are the hours of operation for future reference.
Monday Closed for Private Parties Tuesday 0600 to 1600 Wednesday 0600 to 1600 Thursday 0600 to 1600 Friday 0600 to 2000 Saturday 0600 to 1600 Sunday 0700 to 1500
I guess I will have to try again another day.
